A company called ProShares plans to launch a new financial product related to XRP. They are aiming for April 30 as the date to start offering an ETF (Exchange Traded Fund) based on XRP futures. This type of ETF uses contracts instead of holding actual XRP coins.

Peter Schiff, a well-known financial expert who predicted the 2008 crisis, said people should sell all their Bitcoin now. Instead, he suggests they buy gold and silver stocks. According to him, this is the smartest move to make right now.
He said this as the price of gold reached $3,291 — the highest ever. Meanwhile, Bitcoin is lower than usual, trading at $84,110. Peter thinks his followers will appreciate this advice later. The legal battle between Ripple and the U.S. SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) has had a new twist. A court temporarily stopped the appeal process. Both Ripple and the SEC agreed to this pause.
No new legal steps will happen for now. The SEC must give a status update in the coming two months. Gary Gensler, the former SEC head, recently left, which may have influenced this decision. The XRP community feels mixed: they are happy the case is taking a break but tired of how long it’s dragging on.
